BKLC provides a developmentally-based program that develops caring, respectful, and responsive relationships with children from infancy through preschool as well as after school care for children (K-5th grade) by partnering with families to support a child’s growth and development. Respect for each child’s individualized pattern and timing of growth, as well as individual personality, learning style, interests, culture, and family background are central to the fabric of daily interactions and the direction the curriculum follows.
